Well there is no difference between a scientific or medical field if we consider that Medicine itself is a branch of science . However if you want to know about the field which relates to research about people getting annoyed by speech ,that is actually judged and studied by researching the affect of sounds on human brain and that links to both Nuerology and Psychology .
