In a sense yes ,in a sense no . Though because of Micheal Masi's wrong decision ,he wasn't able to get a title that was already won. But for the most of the part ,it is blind luck . You can't blame Latifi ,Massi or anyone else for it . It was luck that Latifi crashed and SC came ,and the 11 second gap closed . And it is Mercedes own fault too ,they should have changed tyres ,they didn't . If they had changed tyres ,probably Lewis stood a better chance against Max .So no one is to blame . Max is a legit champion .
