Yes ,of course they are .Don't know about other countries ,but in Pakistan they are ,except for maybe in some parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province ,where firearms are sold for cheaper than smartphones .I don't know why did US allow concealed carry for the general public . Because ,all sorts of hidden things that can be used to harm another person should be deemed illegal. It is not written on the face of a person that why is he/she carrying a concealed firearm . There may be dirty reasons behind it .No one can be trusted in this regard . So firearms and weapons etc should only be allowed to carry in proper unconcealed holsters or cases .
