Certainly not . You are maybe saying it wrong .They said they were going net zero . They didn't said they were developing a zero emissions fuel .By going net zero they meant that they will totally switch to synthetic fuels which are recyclable .

F1 is working on a zero emissions fuel. Does that mean that in the future we will say goodbye to electric cars and go back to the ICE ones?
