yes ,if FIA alllows entry of more teams . Currently the maximum number of allowed teams is 12 ,but there are only 10 . If FIA accepts the proposal of Andretti Autosport for the F1 team ,there will be about 22 drivers . There was a time when impressed by Valentino Rossi’s rapidly improving lap times in the Ferrari f1 car , Ferrari was going to talk to FIA for 3 drivers per team . However , that never happened ,and instead of switching careers , Valentino continued with Moto GP
